Pros
Culture, people, office space, snacks, beer on tap Team leads, who don't seem to have any real power, are wonderful across the board. Y'all are great.
Cons
There's no clear path to advancement and people there are seriously underpaid. Executive leadership refuses to make decisions that empower employees and expects people to grind without real prospects of a benefit. They don't make changes and that is resulting in them losing lots of great talent. Some smart and good people stay. Lots of smart and good people leave and are paid significantly more at new companies. Business is good, but they don't pass that success or profits on to the people who build the business. The stock plan is a farce. Few people will benefit. PTO is not paid out
