Incredible client base with excellent relationships built internally with some of the most desirable clients in the trading space. Experienced leadership staff who are always pushing to get the best out of their juniors. Excellent commission structure along with amazing clients leads to some of the biggest pay checks you’ll ever see.
Cons
Could invest more into employees in terms of benefits.
