Pros

Soda fountain and getting hated on every day behind your back

Cons

Everything... the VP thinks she is a genius and the CEO can is not a car business guy and thinks he knows. Look at the numbers. They are not a player in any market and he pays to delete reviews.

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your time at Foursight. Since we haven’t had someone in Dealer Development ever quit I can only assume you are misrepresenting the department you were a part of. Feel free to reach out to me directly and maybe we can discuss more constructive ways to improve the company. Also as an FYI, you can’t pay to delete reviews on Glassdoor. Thanks for your feedback

Not horrible ... weak industry player

Pros

They are a tech forward company. They think they know a lot more than they actually do. They try to care.

Cons

Decision makers are slaves to their leverage and spin every topic. Feels like CNN or FOX news... mngmnt can not be transparent. The program is weak at best, the process and management are a concern. Adds no value to the industry in any market. FOURSIGHT 6000% asks the kool-aid kids to post positive reviews... I’ll leave that right there.

Pros

Free food for some holidays or random celebrations/town hall-esque meetings. Team-based environment. Many long-term employees prior to merger. Possibility for in-house promotion. Comradeship amongst lower level management.

Cons

Management is not very open to constructive feedback, lack of communication. Was recently acquired and there has been a palpable decrease in morale, questions and concerns go unanswered or you get the run-around. Lack of transparency. HR team is widely self-governed, many shortcomings regarding DEI. Retaliation is a possibility here, and examples of this may discourage others from voicing concerns.
