      Very positive interviewing and hiring process to include direct interation with the CEO...the process was professional and also personal...the CEO is directly involved and cares about both his company and his employees.

      - personal attention from company leadership. - rewarding as I immediately felt like part of the team.

      - with the company base in NJ, interviewing via phone, etc can be a challenge but is successfully mitigated by direct involvement from company leadership.
