Working in the fraud detection industry (KYC).

Thanks for taking the time to review your experience working at Fourthline. Creating a culture where people can show up as their best selves and are supported to do their best work is core to the way in which we operate. Feeling valued in our organisation is of utmost importance to us. We are always remaining in touch with market salaries with our People Team launching a pay and grading project to ensure we have a transparent pay and reward structure, where all our salaries have been globally benchmarked to ensure we remain market competitive. We continuously keep our fingers on the pulse around in-country benefits and perks, and the health and wellbeing of everyone within Fourthline are some of our key areas of people focus. I'm sorry to hear this hasn’t been your experience and we'd love you to reach out to any leader, or people partner so that we can support and drive change, as needed.

One of the WORST companies to work for

Pros

Just one: some coworkers, that's all.

Cons

Very unprofessional: They treat people like machines, don't care about their employees at all. For example, they are making people going to work to the office during the state of emergency declared because the COVID-19. Also, there are salary gaps between CDD Analysts for no reason. So, it doesn't matter if you work more than some Analysts, you can get paid less.

Let us start with saying that our company and the way we work is not perfect! That cannot be as we started our Operations team in April 2019 (one year ago) and grew very fast in the last year. So we can still (and want to) learn (and can) from all the feedback we receive. So, thank you for sharing your opinion with us! But we not always recognize our company in the feedback provided. For example, regarding the COVID19 situation. We feel that we treated this process very carefully and always paid a great deal of attention to the health and wellbeing of our colleagues. Being a highly regulated business, we needed time to safeguard the health of our employees according the guidelines provided by the Spanish authorities, but also assuring business continuity. We feel that we have done everything we could to make sure that people were safe, able to keep their job and we could continue the business after the COVID19 crisis. We also do not share the opinion or feeling that people get promoted on the base of friendship and we think that this is based on performance and personal/professional growth. We know that growth is important to many of you (you let us know this in other words as well) and therefore we created additional trainings and created career paths within the Operations department. We hope that we can accommodate to everyone in their needs for professional growth. In under a year we executed on a above market compensation and secondary benefits. These were also related to the outcome of sessions we did in January this year and we installed a survey (every 1-2 months) measuring where we can improve. Again, not everything is perfect in our company, but we are doing everything in our power to improve! In case you still want to continue in a conversation, please feel free to reach out to HR@fourthline.com.

Pros

Hard to come up with anything positive... Maybe a good place to start if you really need a job?

Cons

People were literally told to write good reviews of the company to make it look better... There were lots of issues with contracts .. Going the extra mile is the new normal and people are not rewarded for good performance.. Super repetitive work, no learning opportunities. Operational work does not seem to be very appreciated..

Hi there, We are sad to read this. We also believe that the statements made are false. We do reward good performance and growth and at the same time realize that the work done has a repetitive nature as well. We highly appreciate the operational work done as well. We do however take your advise at heart. This is something we continuously focus on and will keep our focus on in the (near) future. If you still want to discuss with us do send a message to hr@fourthline.com so we can have an open conversation about this! Cheers, Fourthline!
