      Very easy going, managers are very understanding and help you whenever needed. Flexible hours, can work everyday or twice a week.

      Nice secluded environment. Possibility of starting a food atmosphere from scratch

      Cons

      Not a lot of member participation which leads to small kitchen staff and a lot of running around. Pool season, is good. But food, travels far, from kitchen down to pool. Leaving food cold and member complaints.
