Pros
- The films we get to make are incredible. - It's the most diverse team I've ever worked with - You have a sense that your opinion matters, even as an assistant - Wonderful bosses - Inclusive environment
Cons
- Very little opportunity for upward mobility. People stay in these upward positions for quite a long time for obvious reasons. - This is not really a con, but something to think about: As an assistant, you're sometimes "always on the clock" for things that can come up. I personally don't mind, but it might phase others. - With layoffs pending by Disney at this moment in time, it feels like there's a lack of stability/security at the moment.

Pros
The people at this company really like what they do, so they're happy and helpful and kind. Higher-ups are personable and you feel comfortable talking to anyone. The least amount of ego I've ever seen in an exec pool.
Cons
The cafeteria on the Burbank Disney lot is real disappointing.
