Pros

They got poland spring water jugs.

Cons

This is an immensely toxic work environment. The company does not value its' employees in the least. They only care about making $$ for the top people. The salary level is laughable. They continue to load more work onto their employees without proper compensation - without livable compensation. There is no room to grow and no way to make more money - unless you succumb to the training program in which you agree to not get paid for three years. Everyone is out to help themselves and do not care about their employees.

Pros

Cool first gig right out of college.

Cons

No room for growth for entry level employees. Managers micro-manage and bully workers. No support or appreciation from upper management. Salary is basically $0 p/hr. Retail gigs pay more than FSS. Sad!
