No positive points since everything has got worst here from pay to working conditions, from benefits to staff moral.

Cons

Considered as a chicken rather than a human being. Poor management on factory floor. Blood sucking company with long work hours on minimum pay. No investment just sticky tape. Worst work culture and high Unethical behaviour No career progression No recruitment - just hiring agency staff No employee engagement Non meritorious boot-licking culture.
