Pros
Good PRN job. Very flexible and easy to work for during my time with the company. I was able to make my own schedule as a RN.
Cons
This was a PRN job and the company ended up hiring their own case managers and wanted us to only do home visits- so it was difficult to see the patients without the monthly contacts and interactions with the patients because we were not given updates on the monthly care.
