Cons
Corporate is out of touch with the customer experience. It is confusing to craft a drink here with such a vague menu. Team members are forced to "talk them through" flavors and add-ons rather than letting them decide from a menu, which then prompts them to order something they may not want because they are on the spot. Adding espresso on top of the milk for an iced latte may look aesthetic, but it is extremely inconvenient for the customer. Seasonal drinks are lacking. Employee support is lacking. Hours are promised to you, and not fulfilled.
