Pros

Talented and Supportive Colleagues: Despite the challenges, the agency boasts talented individuals who are eager to share their knowledge and experiences with others. Prestigious Brands: Working here offers the opportunity to add big-name brands to your portfolio, enhancing your professional reputation and experience. Ideal for Early Career: It's a conducive environment for those in the early years of their career, providing valuable learning experiences and growth opportunities.

Cons

Ignored variable bonus for several months: HR fails to respond to emails and messages regarding pending Full and Final settlements, resulting in loss of significant amount on employees end. Harassment Complaints Ignored: Head of HR has ignored harassment related complaint, covering up for the harasser. There are many screenshots of the harassment over chat by this person. Delayed Hiring Process: HR spends several months to find talent, leaving existing employees overburdened and struggling with excessive workloads. Salary Deduction: Ever changing attendance registration platforms and the time-bound, complex, and not so user-friendly attendance regularisation process has resulted into salary deduction very commonly. Dirty Politics: Under the new leadership of the NCD and CEO, the organization has become embroiled in dirty politics. Writers and Designers are working late into the night on pitch work while their creative and account directors indulge in liquor, offering arbitrary feedback they're uncertain about.

Pros

Salary comes on time that’s it

Cons

Before I start with this, I’d like to highlight to you not to fall for their positive reviews. It’s probably been planted by one of the HR heads from the most useless HR team ever, who sits out at Delhi. If you don’t believe me, just look at the dates of the latest review, it’s back to back. The reality of this agency is in the name itself. They’re absolute Morons who would do anything to get their work done as per their convenience. Long working hours, toxic management, politics, lack of appreciation and respect- this place thrives on these values. Empathy, care, employee centric are only phrases that they use for their LinkedIn and Instagram show off. Classic example of this would be when two of the co-founders along with 1-2 top management people came on a town hall call and abused employees. Yes, you read that right. Even though there was a slack from a few employees sitting in the Delhi office, the entire team had to listen to these allegations and sometimes job threats that these co-founders were barking. Politics - there’s a group of 10-12 people in this agency who’re like the elite team. You’ll often find these people complimenting each other and for no good reason. Boosting each other without doing anything is probably their KRA. Another part of their KRA is to wish people on their birthday and welcome messages for new employees in the group. Creative - as one of the reviews mentioned, beware of the 2 witches in the content creative team. They depict the agency totally and are a classic example of how annoying an employee can get. Very rarely they’d listen to you at one go and you’ll often find them arguing with you and everyone. Moreover, they won’t even divide work, they’ll waste time doing the same work which delays a lot of tasks for others. Apart from these 2, the creative team is not that strong. You’ll find spark in a few junior resources but even they’ve to bog down with their managers. HR - they’re only good for nothing. They won’t try to understand your problems and they’ll only give you attention or talk to you when you drop your resignation. Chances are high that they would chase you after you’ve left the company and reach out to your next company and badmouth you. Yes, this has happened to a few employees where the HR suddenly felt efficient and reached out to another agency and spoke ill about an employee.

Pros

Few good people who want to see you do well but they can't do much till the time the upper management changes. Ad agencies in general have a bad name so don't expect much from this place. I used it as an in between till I got a better job.

Cons

I never believed the Glassdoor reviews till I went here. Boy were they wrong. It's even worse than the reviews. It's like when you go to a restaurant even after reading that bad reviews to give it a chance but come out of there with an even more horrible experience. That's Foxymoron for you. Bias, politics, stingy attitude, name shaming, work shaming and the list goes on. Your work will never be appreciated till you're good pals with the manager and belong in their group of backbiting "Morons". Trust me and stay here only if you don't have an option and keep looking out and move out the moment you get a better job. I did the same and I don't regret leaving this place at all. You're welcome.
