      - Full social benefits package - Professional colleagues - Opportunities for improvement (the company pays for or partially compensates training related to professional development) - Product company (and Fozzy has many, in various fields—from mobile apps to computer vision technology) - Salary reviews twice a year - When the war started, the company provided some support to its employees (some were relocated, and some received material assistance, etc.), despite the later layoffs - If you enjoy big celebrations and corporate events, you'll like them here

      - It did not happen to me, but in some positions, it's hard to maintain a work-life balance due to the number of tasks and their urgency. The promise to contact and offer jobs first to those who were laid off was not fulfilled.
