Pros
You’re assigned interesting projects and you need to complete it all by yourself (concept development, design, purchasing, finding vendors, going to stores, assembly, testing etc.), you learn a lot. Salary comes exactly on the 2nd day of the month
Cons
Working hours is crazy, they expect you to live there 24/7. If you expect to have work-life balance, this place is not for you. You practically have no weekends, you sleep 3-4 hours a day. The software they use are (from MS Office to Solidworks) are all pirated, they have no shame in admitting it to new hires. Racism is pervasive, French nationals (from interns to CEO) have high paychecks to extra perks (parking permit), they come to work at 10 a.m.and leave by 7 p.m. but expect other to log in long hours. During Ramadan, they reduced work hours on paper. However, management wanted everyone to work as usual. Most employees work on visit visa and dependent visa.
