      Pros

      Fellow employees are truly fantastic to work with, great people. Reasonable salary.

      Cons

      Driven by greed, ruthlessness. Management have no concept of people skills resulting in high staff turnover. Very little work/life balance - expectation to perform under immense pressure, work back late yet without adequate resources.

      Pros

      happy, easy-going environment, colleagues are very good, a lot of training, very good support from supervisors, friendly staff, challenging work at times

      Cons

      insufficient numbers of paralegals - more paralegals are needed to undertake the work and for associates to be able to focus on providing service and advice to clients, too much time spent on providing admin support without having dedicated paralegals
