Pros

Several offices in the world, good travel opportunities to different offices. Kiwi style environment, flexible working hours. Generous CEO.

Cons

Chaotic management, fire employees with no reasons, no clear plans, changing ideas frequently. Not clear prospect. Noncompetitive salary. Poor career development coz you might got redundant at anytime although years of loyal services.

Pros

competitive pay, exciting travel, constantly exposed to new and exciting challenges. Meet a lot of great people from all around the world.

Cons

Lack of commitment to any kind of business strategy. A lot of unqualified people in key positions. Very politically charged work environment. Very CYA atmosphere. Constant change of direction (quarterly). Poor benefits. A lot of corner cutting to save money that borders on being unethical.

Pros

They use the best technology & systems. Company looks after employees very well. Framecad offers flexible working without drama. As an employee you will get everything you need to be able to do your job. It is going through an extreme growth phase which makes it a desirable workplace during pandemic/ recession.

Cons

No big cons really but some of the people (from SLT) who have been there for ages are quite infamous for their poor work ethics. Company very well knows who they are but fails to do anything to address the issue. In general, the company lacks the ability to address problems and fix them. Very high employee turnover. Framecad would not try to retain a current employee but would get a new one for probably double the salary.
