Pros
I was able to gain a better perspective on what I am looking for professionally. Due to my experience, I can notice red flags in the work place quicker than before. I learned how NOT to run a business. If you are a man with minimal professional experience, but a bad attitude, you're golden! If you are a woman, you might have certain perks on the job because "we all need something nice to look at"
Cons
Where do I start? Slimy and deceiving corporate management. Zero compensation for hard work, they have no understanding of competitive pay. Disorganized and rediculiously unprofessional. If you love hearing racist and sexist remarks non stop during your management meetings, you'd love it here! The owner is a real treat and truly manages to embarrass himself on a daily basis. The food is overpriced and proper food handling procedures are not followed (they have an in with the health inspectors). They could of doubled my salary and I still would of ran as far and fast as I possibly could (the money still wouldn't of been competitive). I did not want to be on the burning ship once the next round of lawsuits happened.
