Management Doesn’t Get It

The pay is good and above market.

Cons

The hours are long for the sake of being long. The main manager just stands around watching and never helps. Hand in his pockets just staring . Work is hard when it doesn’t need to be. After the rush give the staff a chance to catch their wits. Worst part there is never appreciation shown.

It's a great company to work for with room to grow within the company, great pay, great people, no crazy hours

Cons

Only closed one day a year, never get two days off in a row unless you're on vacation, sometimes communication isn't so great

Pros

It's a great company that truly cares for their employees. You don't find companies like this one these days; traditional values are still appreciated. If you work hard, you will get rewarded both in terms of financially as well as growth-wise. Since it's a large franchise network, there are opportunities available for growth and advancement.

Cons

It's not so much a knock on the company but more of an advice for people who don't know what they are getting into. It's food service business. If you know what that entails, then you will be happy here.
