Pros

- Good experience of working with various clients - Big brand clients are appealing but be wary of this, you're unlikely to see the creative side

Cons

The reviews on here are from short term interns who, upon completing their internship, were encouraged to post positively on here, I saw this happen several times. I was warned about this company prior to joining but I ignored the advice, please take this experience as a warning or at least something to reflect on. - Management / senior management - Middle management fears senior management and are ready to blame their subordinates - Massively high staff turnover - No training - The word toxic is overused, but Frank has a truly toxic office culture, the worst I've ever experienced and hope to never encounter again - Performative company values and employee welfare, nothing in place in terms of support professionally or otherwise - Pay is really difficult to live on, unattainable for London without additional help/income - No HR department - No diversity - i.e. they would insensitively ask the only black employee his opinions on whether he found things racist in front of an audience of white, middle-class colleagues...

Pros

Decent breakfast spread, and Frank was a big deal once upon a time so the name carries some clout in certain circles. They also keep sliced cheese in the fridge if that’s your thing.

Cons

The people, the culture, the workload, the lack of meeting rooms, the egos, the 5 days in a week policy, the valuing money over employees, the fostering of unhealthy competition between coworkers, the salary that’s well below market rate, the unclear and ever changing business priorities, the client is right at all costs mentality, and the quantity over quality mindset.
