Pros

The onsite lunch is good but they only do it b/c they don't want you leaving the site during break. It's a control mechanism.

Cons

They stuff the payroll dept into a room with rows and rows of cubicles. If you're seen talking to a coworker on the floor a mgr immediately interrupts and asks what you're talking about. The managers don't smile, laugh or show emotion of any kind, like robots. I worked there for two yrs. On my 2nd annual review I was told they increased the starting pay rate for my position. The gave me an increase to the STARTING pay rate, with no additional rate for my 2yrs of work. When I asked about this, HR declined to review my inquiry and immediately blew me off. Needless to say, I found another job where my 2yrs of loyalty would be appreciated. To them, you're just a number. They'll just move you out and replace you with someone else, they have no loyalty, no empathy and they dont give a crap about their employees. It's much like working for a communist employer.

Pros

It's a job that hired me with little experience. Paid for college completely. The atmosphere outside is nice.

Cons

Pay is not good. Attitude amongst lower level managers needs to improve. Being clapped at when walking past my desk was extremely disrespectful. Screaming at other co-workers while in meetings gave PTSD. Recognized for hard work but no increase in pay. Barley any PTO, when the hurricane hit FL and families lost everything we had to use our own PTO and management was not concerned about our livelihood. Made us come in while sick or tragic events struck families instead of giving the option of remote work, even when it could be given. Town Hall meetings include a lot of charts and show company making billions in profit, but no raises are given. You are looked down upon if you ask for one.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We value all feedback as it helps us improve our workplace. We're concerned about the management situation you described, as this doesn't align with our company values. Had we been made aware of specific concerns, we would have promptly investigated them. FrankCrum strives to maintain flexibility for employees facing illness, family situations, or when remote work is needed. Regarding our Town Hall meetings, we'd like to clarify that the figures discussed represent revenue rather than profit, which includes funds allocated for employee wages, benefits, and other business expenses. We'd also like to address your comment about raises - our records show that the vast majority of our team members do receive annual pay increases, many at competitive rates compared to industry standards. We genuinely regret hearing that your experience with us hasn’t been positive. Please know that our HR team maintains an open-door policy, and all employees are encouraged to share concerns without fear of retaliation. Thank you again for your feedback, which will help us continue to improve our workplace environment.

Pros

Good pay, Benefits and most people are nice.

Cons

Management has either been there for way too long, a friend of a friend, which leads to the "clic" environment OR not qualified.
