I can't think of anything meaningful to write.

Cons

In the last 6 months, practically everyone who knew the architecture and understood y the product are gone (COO, VP Engineering, multiple product managers, and now the co-founder/CTO). Everyone is burnt out, the culture has become so exhausting, I can't think of anyone who wants to stay.

- Very talented and smart people who take accountability and raise the bar for each other. - Very diverse team with lots of different nationalities and good mix of genders, which makes it inclusive and people being open minded. - Very flat organisation, open to exploring new ideas and embracing AI opportunities. You can take ownership and your ideas are heard.

Cons

- High expectation environment which keeps it challenging but can be overwhelming for some.
