      Pros

      You learn a lot about yourself and how to be patient in unfortunate situations.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When you have to force yourself to believe in the product that's one thing but when you have to force yourself to believe in the whole company then it's not worth it.

      Sorry you feel that way about our company. You are right saying that it is a very fast pace environment and the company is scaling up at a very ambitious rate, and with this comes ambiguity and at times a lack of structure. However, this is seen by a lot of people as an environment that they can truly contribute to and learn a great deal about a lot of different topics. If you are ready to be challenged and learn at the fastest pace, then this is a perfect company to be a part of.

      Pros

      Lies after lies after lies Faking reviews, pretending treatment is german while it is from Pakistan. Plus the push back on honest reviews. This will work for short time. Than backlash. Be honest with your clients and employees.

      No structure is not positive. Not knowing how to manage your team is jotnpoative. Stop doing PR work

      There is nothing fake about the treatment or our product. Customers are very happy according to Trustpilot. It is true that we are a young company and as such, there is room for improvement when it comes to structure, but this is very typical of all start-ups. It is a trade-off for all the learning opportunities and the autonomy that people get, which makes the company an interesting place to be for a lot of people.
