Pros

They have good ideas and hire good quality staff.

Cons

CEO is a nut job. She is abusive to her staff. She lies and manipulates. She treats clients like objects to pitty but takes away all resources to support them. She creates a culture of fear and pits staff against eachother. She fires key people after she uses and abuses them. More people need to speak up but are afraid of the backlash. Do not accept a position here!

Pros

Central location enables you to leave quickly.

Cons

Paranoid CEO, supervisors always feeling like they have a target on their backs. I watch multiple people promptly dismissed from Fraser because they dared to challenge the status quo. Board is hypnotized by CEO b.s., everyone else is just a captive of her. A disgusting, demoralizing place to work.

Pros

...Good benefits for individuals ...Steady paycheck, average pay

Cons

...Everyone is afraid for their job all the time ...No staff appreciation, never a thank you from ED, she treats everyone like gum on her shoe ...Good, quality people are hired but eventually leave or are terminated; ED knows everything, including how to do their job ...ED plays favorites, even allows additional paid time off or exceptions in policy for "special" staff ...ED is highly critical of employees in front of other employees, often to the point where it is verbally abusive ...Paranoia and information hoarding, a product of the fear-based culture, make the environment divisive and competitive when there is no need for it ...Poor media and social media presence, ED fears technology and it shows ...General disorganization from lack of leadership and decision making
