Pros
This place has a great atmosphere. Everyone is there to work, but also to have fun. Excellent location for a part time summer job.
Cons
The work can get repetitive and dull at times. Some workers can have bad attitudes

Pros
Very fun environment with friendly people You'll typically get to see the concerts while doing your job which is fun. There's a huge variety - you always have different tasks each night.
Cons
It's only late at night and a couple of days a week because that's when concerts are. Can be 6+ hours of standing still, so that's kind of uncomfortable.
