Pros

It's a job. Good customer base, when I started. Investing money in the business.

Cons

Weird corporate culture. Cookie cutter approach to problems. Spending money on unimportant stuff, but cheap on key infrastructure and personnel. Not much for professional development.

Pros

Good culture, minimal day-to-day oversight, WFH, good benefits, good management within the company itself.

Cons

Mediocre pay, tedious clients, you're expected to know quite a bit about a wide variety of topics regarding the used car business, accounting, computers, etc. They will train you, but it's still a lot given the level of compensation. The company was recently acquired by a private equity roll-up and the new corporate management seems chaotic and disorganized. Says one thing and does another, makes abrupt changes with minimal to no notice, etc.
