The opportunity to work among the best of the best in industry to deliver innovative solutions for highly complex problems. Broad and deep level of exposure to commercial and technical aspects of each job. Logical and case by case approach to nearly everything. Compensation for work life balance is fantastic. Senior management striving to do the best to become one of the best employers.

Cons

Enabling services- predominantly IT. However, these are in the process of being totally overhauled.

Never heard of micro-management cases, job description creep or unpaid overtime. - Good variety of projects, which is an opportunity for young engineers to upskill faster.

- Below average compensation. - Body shop arrangements may send you away for long periods of time.
