Pros

Free health insurance, occasional free meals, new office

Cons

Endless work hours and low pay made the Atlanta office volatile. There are seniors and managers that are unbearable to work with but HR is too focused on being a DDO which nobody cares about to address pressing problems that employees deal with. Gossip and mean girls run the firm. The firm sells itself on putting people and relationships first but when it comes down to it management does not care about employees and their wellbeing they only care about revenue and finishing jobs no matter the cost or toll it takes on individuals. Look to another firm or apply for the HR department if you want to have any form of balance in your life. The partners and HR want you to work until you are miserable for 12 months out of the year but put a bandaid on it by providing a couple of parties and an extra day off in April.

Pros

25 days of PTO, kind of a good culture until it's not

Cons

Turnover is huge and it seems nothing is being done to fix it. They expect unrealistic charge hours goals. You have to set a projected amount at the beginning of every week. If you don't meet it, then you're in trouble. SO much pressure, it became debilitating. Zero work-life balance. Sure, when it's off season the days are shorter, but there is no work. Then you get in trouble for having no work? Office gossip and cliques. Round-tables where everyone sits in a room and talks about you. Because that's a healthy approach … They like to cover all of this up by promoting "great culture!" and benefits, but it isn't worth it.
