Very fast paced which isn't for everyone. Work-life balance is good in some departments but brutal in others.
For a while, the vibe was that a lot of the company felt under-appreciated, but a lot of steps have been taken by leadership and people are feeling a lot better now. It's sad to see people leave but the new team is really awesome and the company feels a lot more fun now.
Early startups pivot a decent amount... you learn who does well with change and who doesn't.
If you don't communicate well, you might get lost in the shuffle. This is part of the remote challenge but also because everyone is so busy. People who are bad at speaking up, or who don't speak their truth and expect mind readers, will not do well here.
