Pros

- Everyone is nice, open-minded, ready to listen and cooperate - Nice work-life-balance - People are young and energetic - Most people like what they do - Most people want to grow together - Projects are interesting and have a great future if developed properly

Cons

- Management was slower to adapt to external changes - There was some gap between top management and employees, like 2 different worlds which listens and interacts with each other only 10%, but should be at least 50% - Lack of experienced management personnel
