Pros

A great learning workplace. Not just a plethora of opportunities were available but a lot of real time challenges were there. I learned a lot, experimented a lot, and enjoyed a lot working at FKM. I am thankful to the learning and knowledge. It is helping me a lot now.

Cons

Salary was low and discriminated. Flexible timing Issue. The vision was limited. Employee retention really needs to be considered. Opportunities became discriminated later on. Hard to take leaves. Mood of management was a problem.

Lots of learning Outdoor trip Always welcome innovative ideas and implanted them. Inside gym and dart game. You can explore every field.

Cons

Low salary Every year you have sign an year bond 6 days working and during festival sunday working too. If you are 1 minute late, half day salary You will not get the full variable part salary Ceo is full of attitude
