Pros
The client work was good. Ability to set your own diary. Flexibility with personal life.
Cons
A very toxic work place. Racism, discrimination, sexual harassment as well as confidentiality breaches relating to clients and staff. Not safe to speak to management about the work culture. When you speak up you are ostracised. It’s the worst place I have ever worked.
