Pros

Fully remote environment that the majority of people across the company are bought into. A thoughtful and compassionate atmosphere where people genuinely care for one another without getting into toxic positivity. Competitive benefits (e.g. unlimited pto and good salaries) that many other companies in nonprofit tech cannot compete with. The work is rewarding and we are making an impact at nonprofits.

Cons

Some of the benefits are less competitive, but the working environment and work/life balance make up for that. Decision making from execs can be questionable at times, but the rationale often makes sense.
