Executives do not listen and are arrogant Low compensation is an understatement No growth opportunity Family style management without any of the benefits The CEO of the company oversaw waves of layoffs without saying a word to the people leaving which he called family on a very frequent basis. While this is happening he was purchasing Porsches and other supercars, just not a good look.
