Helpful to the Community with things like "Holiday Helpers" where the employees use their time and money to help less fortunate families. Provides good pay for people with the right fit...meaning you need to put others first. Help your colleagues, customers, community. The ability to TRULY put our customers, community FIRST!
Cons
Not enough communication between departments. Some people employed here who don't fit our LIB Motto. Changing Pay Structure
