Management Human Resources team Some days get brutal hot outside, you will get burnt. $14 an hour. Pay with no raises and no room for growth. Tips can be good if you kiss the costumers butts nonstop. But theres atleast a bunch of customers who do not tip at all period regardless the service your provide

Flexible schedule, Good OJT and boating certification, and just generally getting to work on the water. The company likes to promote from within, but expect little increase in pay going from a dock hand to a dock supervisor.

Cons

This is a customer-facing position, so you're going to deal with both the positive and negative aspects of dealing with club members,
