      1- You can learn a lot and grow very quickly 2-You can polish your communication skills to a very high level. 3- Management is very polite with behaviour and learning. 4- Lots of online training and learning opportunity.

      Cons

      1- Work life can become hectic sometimes as lot to do in 8 hour but its all about how you manage.
