Constantly changing goal posts, this company has to be the ultimate gaslighter in terms of what it promises versus what it delivers. Senior leaders rely far too much on Area Leaders, whom are not only not able to guide their store managers at all, in any single way — but that ultimately are only interested in their own brands perception with their sole focus on how they lead their ppl being about what’s best to help them thrive or survive! This completely stagnates the business, and has meant some of the leaders I’ve ever known are left floundering in the wind depending on what makes their area leader look good, with performance and actual strategic operations or people development almost completely irrelevant. Lost their best SM by a mile, months before I left and if he could be driven away, with the incredible passion and excellence — then it proved to me anyone else was just wasting time in Victoria!

I was told before joining this place that it is not a good place to work. After I joined, I realised what a toxic place it is. Very unproductive work environment and miserable culture in the head office. Don't join this place.
