      It’s a NO for ME

      Pros

      You’re mislead and blinded in the beginning as if you’re being hired by an awesome company. Lies!

      Cons

      Long shifts, Large 200+ caseload, unbelievable huge expectations with low pay. Messy & Disorganized management with lack of support to coordinators. You either sink or swim here. Burned out coordinators that are quitting every 5 minutes. That sums it up :)

      Pros

      None, Place is a mess, lack of organization. Horrible management. Micro-managing, high inbound call center but doesn’t tell you this when hired. Be very much aware you’re signing up to be a call center rep. You will burn out eventually with the loads of work given to you for Pennie’s. Not worth your sanity!

      Every day was miserable in there. Every coordinator and leads are miserable. No one is HAPPY & healthy in there. They all going insane

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, music playing in the loud speaker, everyone is helpful and cares about the patients and caretakers. There’s a lot of information at first but everyone in office is super helpful.

      Cons

      9am to 6pm is unnecessary, personally, it’s a lot harder than 9 to 5. That extra hour does drag on but I guess these hours are becoming the new norm unfortunately.
