      I didn't expect that joining Freeflight Systems will prove to be such a life-changing decision in my career. Excellent experience in the aviation industry. There are opportunities to grow which means you never stop learning.

      Cons

      You work with a team of experts so it's important to live up to the standards set by the management. Aside from the core skills you also need some experience in scripting.

      Pros

      It's a company where results count and not the hours you put in. Got the opportunity to work on several projects and even took the lead. I admit this was outside my comfort zone but the exposure gave me the confidence to take on bigger roles

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility. Small sized company with limited senior positions opening up.

      Pros

      A wonderful place to work in a small business. Everyone inside the company provides support whether in office or after hours. It is a small community of people striving towards goals for each and every ones prosperity.

      Cons

      AS mentioned it is small, and that leads to a lot of hectic days.
