They allow employees to take their dogs to work. That's the only positive.

No growth opportunities, no collaboration, an office full of unhappy people but management doesn't care, micro-management, horrible benefits, they treat their associates (candidates for jobs) well but their employees terrible. A very passive aggressive environment. High turnover in sales.
