The pros left this company years ago! Unfortunately there is very little good to even discuss

The “three amigos” of leadership have absolutely destroyed this once great company. A book should be written on how this type of bad leadership will ruin a company. Poor communication, sexist behavior, favoritism, micro managing, lack of bd/marketing skills are just some of the core issues. The company is experiencing massive staff dissatisfaction and departures right now. This will only continue until someone truly has the intelligence to fire those behind the problem.

It is the worst place to work if you are part of a minority, you will not be given the opportunity to grow, it is a negative environment, they love rumors and talk about others, there is a subliminal bulling, discrimination, it is an environment full of snakes, terrible place to work, you need a therapy to forget this experience.

Freemanwhite specific leadership is horrible. Micro management, not collaborative or team oriented. Only hires people who are just like them and creates fear and anxiety. Projects have diminished and people are fleeing fast.
