      Pros

      Some good people mixed in the batch of over the top crazies

      Cons

      Fake reviews and fake people. Turn over is ridiculous. They talk “loyalty” but it’s only that you kiss the bottoms of the owners and operations managers.

      Overbearing management style at the top.

      Pros

      Good benefits, regular lunches and coffee/tea are provided. Some managers can be encouraging.

      Cons

      Top management uses an authoritarian style of scolding and negativity as well as micro-management. Team work is not encouraged or emphasized. Degrading comments from co-workers are treating as joking and not addressed. Training is minimal.

      Agent/Manager/Support What????

      Pros

      The pros is this company leaves you alone, for the most part, to try and develop business.

      Cons

      They require original paperwork before they pay carriers. The hyped up pay plan they offer sounds too good to be true and it is. Office support is minimal and the short time I was there I had 4 different accounts payable clerks. This position determines your commissions! If they aren't doing their job you don't get paid. Which happened every month.
