Pros

Pretty good culture around the business, flexible arrangements and mental health policies are very good.

Cons

Depending on team, lack of growth opportunities and some senior leadership tend to micromanage. Makes it difficult to gain ownership.

Pros

Exposure to Australian and International TV and Media Production. Good support from some senior leaders. CEO and majority of leaders solid people.

Cons

Finger Pointing + Punitive culture - NOT GOOD Flat management structure. Limited growth opportunities. Management not always clear. Some senior leaders can be a little pushy and do not tolerate dissent or questioining direction. Shakey future, uncertainty regarding funding of TV prod's. Complaints get brushed off, or dismissed or rationalized. Staff are not acknowledged when working long hours - management have their favorites and favor staff who simply keep quiet.
