Very Bipolar toxic work environment. Teams which are made of all new people seem to be working well together and have great environments, teams with long term hold outs are filled with toxic people who are territorial over their small piece of the work, with no willingness to innovate and grow. They demand only local employee's and have required days in the office, regardless of the limits on the talent pool. The interview process with the worst I have ever experienced. People in the mgt levels are cruel for no reason. The spend more time trying to keep the bus from rolling over them, and no time finding simple elegant solutions to their problems.
