      - Probably on of the best Place to work in Calgary with an Excellent Culture! - Great Rewards based on Result! - Management is Really great and open and leave you a lot of room for creativity - Frequency Foundry is always staying up to date with new tech and tools, the environment is not bounded to a set of tech but simply to the most appropriate ones.

      Cons

      - If you're not self manage, it might be a bit difficult for you. - If you don't like responsibilities, this might be a bit hard too.

      Pros

      One of the most enjoyable and dynamic work environments I have ever experienced. The team is terrific - cohesive, engaged, helpful, open, and it reflects those at the top. Great teams and work cultures evolve in companies where those hiring put an emphasis on team fit and not simply credentials. Working here is fast-paced, fun and very rewarding.

      Cons

      The hectic pace could be stressful for the wrong candidate. And after being spoiled in downtown towers, the location, while trendy, doesn't have all the amenities of a downtown office.
