Horrible work ethics
Pros
Colleagues are generally supportive and friendly. The team is willing to help a colleague when the new PR was in a non-managerial role. The initial workplace environment at Frequentis Comsoft was welcoming and inclusive.
Cons
My colleagues have generally been supportive and friendly, with the exception of the new Project Manager for the ARTAS project. I've been with Frequentis Comsoft for quite some time, and there was a colleague who recently assumed a managerial role. When she was just a regular team member, she seemed fine. We all helped her and shared our knowledge about the project, even though there were moments when she struggled to grasp certain aspects. However, once she became the manager, her behavior changed. She began covertly undermining her colleagues, spreading rumors, and engaging in backstabbing. She started exploiting people's weaknesses and manipulating the entire team. This individual is Disha Bhat Anant, and she lacks the necessary management skills and basic human decency. Unfortunately, her manipulation tactics resulted in a new colleague being unjustly terminated. This colleague was both kind and resilient, never giving up, but due to the actions of Project Manager Disha Bhat Anant, she lost her job. We are human beings, not commodities to be discarded. Trust has been shattered, and I no longer feel secure in an environment that used to be welcoming at Frequentis Comsoft. I'm deeply disappointed by the current situation.
