This place is horrible, I have been here for almost 18 months and all I saw and continue seeing are only bad things, we lost a big project due to a lack of collaboration between people, because top managers have a lot of conflicts between them and don't like each other which impact their teams. The company is an old one on every aspect, most people there are just slacking to get safely to their retirement, their way of thinking is a roadblock for any kind of innovation. Technology stack is very old, you will have to deal with things like RPG, Cobol.... I've been brought in with false promisses and false data, HR people are good to sell you a company that actually does not exist, which you would discover once you land there ! That's why coming here looks now like the biggest mistake in my career, and just waiting a good opportunity to leave without looking back. The office is as old as the mindset of the company, nothing compared to a lot of nice offices here in Montreal Think not twice but 10 times before you join, I wish someone told me about it before I took my decision

Management, culture, no vision, throw under the bus attitude to cover themselves. You have to ask yourself why is it that these people have been at the same place for 10 15 25 years. It also creates an environment that stagnates and doesn't move forward because of the fact that no one wants to hurt the others feelings
