Pros
FrescoData is a growing company and there is room for employees to explore their professional path while honing their skills. I worked for FrescoData for a few years and I can say I was always treated fairly and was given several opportunities to apply my talents. Upper management is always open to new ideas and work-life balance is definitely possible here. Company culture is perhaps one of the things I miss the most, I truly felt like an important part of the team. Be prepared to work hard if you end up at FrescoData, but know that your efforts will always be appreciated.
Cons
Having to walk all the way to the kitchen at the end of the hall to do my lunch dishes was tough haha

Clear goals and good product. Easy to sell because of the highly competitive nature of the data. Hybrid work structure - good personal and professional life balance.
Cons
None - I would still work there if I didn't move to healthcare.
