Got to learn a lot, since there wasn't anyone doing most of the stuff, you could take up a lot of different responsibility and learn about it on your own.

Cons

Lots of turnover, after about a week you got the idea that the company wasn't really going anywhere. Most employees where interns and they would come in and look for other jobs during their time there.
