Pros

FDG provides a hands-on experience and a real opportunity for accelerated growth. It helps me to discover what I really good at and gives me opportunities that maximize my potential. People here are sooooo nice!!!

This is an unpaid internship.

- Everyone is young and dynamic (20ies) - The office is from everywhere in the world - CEO, Doug, is pushing you to your maximal potential which is great when you're starting in your professional life - Learn to be autonomous

Cons

- If you are not motivated then it will be a difficult experience. The tech industry is going extremely fast and the work flow can get crazy but it's the game and somehow it makes it pretty exited! - You need to be a team working person to succeed in FDG, and the tech industry in general. There is no place for selfishness. If you don't know what's going on around, you will be completely lost and it becomes unproductive for the whole team.

Thank you for your great feedback! One of our goals at FRSH is to create an environment that combines the relaxed and fun environment of LA with the super fast-paced and productivity of NYC. Having employees in their 20s allows for great room for growth, development, and the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world. Immersing yourself in so many different cultures allows for a great learning experience and creating long-lasting friendships outside of work. Motivation, drive, and determination are big factors in what makes up FRSH. It requires all of these characteristics from our employees to really be able to dive deep and conquer tasks that are thrown in your direction. Thank you again for your great feedback!
